A Cut Above has multiple editing systems. One is Mac based using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, a second is a PC based using Adobe CS5 and a third Media 100 844/X system. Our edit systems can import video using uncompressed Serial Digital Interface (SDI) video in SD or HD formats directly from a camera or from Digital Betacam, DVCAM, DVCPRO HD, DVCPRO 50 or DVCPRO. DVCPRO and DVCAM may also be imported digitally via FireWire.  Betacam SP, 1 inch and 3/4 inch Umatic SP analog videotape formats are converted to digital for import from an AJA Kona 3 interface.

Post production is performed using large screen video monitors and a large studio sound system to ensure every detail is seen and heard.  Extensive software and hardware acceleration is used to speed the editing and compression process necessary for modern video editing.
